Zenette Diana Duffy, Insight's co-founder and CEO, offers nearly thirty years of senior leadership experience in the management of associations and other not-for-profit enterprises. A lifelong champion of inclusion and equal opportunity, Zenette brings a distinctive, empathetic, and expert point-of-view to Insight's work in the corporate culture and diversity consulting arenas. Her background includes primary leadership roles in human resources, marketing, research, event management, and general administration.
Bob Duffy, an Insight co-founder and our lead consultant in client engagements, is fascinated by the influence of organizational culture on the success or failure of an enterprise. With three decades of management and consulting experience in corporate strategy, human capital, branding, and integrated marketing communications, Bob has led projects for more than a hundred organizations in government, the private sector, and the not-for-profit community. A former university instructor, he is a widely published author and accomplished workshop leader.
